Remake is the featured release. Choose the Android APK or Windows ZIP for version 0.28.1.
Remake 0.28.1 uses Level Editor 0.28. Level Editor 0.28 supports Remake 0.28 / 0.28.1. Small game patches can continue using their compatible editor and do not require a separate download.
Files are delivered from this site’s r2.182666.xyz download domain. Where complete-file verification is available, the file lists its byte size, SHA-256, and verification date. Missing verification details mean the hosted file has not been verified here. These checks do not confirm a game launch or device compatibility test.
Remake 0.28.1 is available for Windows and Android. The creator updated the original announcement on September 19; no separate list of 0.28.1 changes was published in that post.
The announcement title and Windows and Android download descriptions now identify Remake 0.28.1.
No separate 0.28.1 fix or feature list is given. See the retained 0.28 record for the new plants, maps, challenges, and other changes introduced in 0.28.
Based on the original Bilibili post edited on September 19, 2026 at 19:24 (China time). September 19 is the announcement update date; the post was first published on September 12 and its attached changelog images still describe 0.28.0.
Previous release
PVZ Hybrid Remake 0.28
Remake 0.28 adds new plant cards and zombies, Riverside Lawn maps, plant challenges, Daily Challenge improvements, a smaller package, performance updates, and combat fixes.
Adds five white-card plants: Charm Flowerpot, Sea-leaf Umbrella, Garlic Torchwood, Wall-nut Pumpkin, and Explosive Mine.
Adds premium diamond cards Gene Ice-shroom and Rubik’s Cube Box, the purple upgrade card Ice-fire Split Gatling Pea, and nostalgic Twin Sunflower and Spikerock cards.
Adds ladder-, yeti-, and sled-related zombies, including Ladder Catapult Zombie and Yeti Newspaper Zombie.
Adds daytime and nighttime Riverside Lawn maps and a small mushroom-cluster obstacle.
Adds challenges 1–6 for both Gene Ice-shroom and Rubik’s Cube Box, Hybrid Park levels for Charm Flowerpot, Sea-leaf Umbrella, and Garlic Torchwood, and an Ice-fire Split Gatling Pea trial.
Daily Challenge can preview level names, maps, and tags. Quick Challenge completes the daily check-in after the subset required by that day’s rules; the count varies, and some challenge days still require all levels.
Reduces the difficulty of Adventure 9-16 in Experimental Base Part II.
Reduces package size, speeds up loading, and improves animation and performance when many characters appear together.
Fixes unexpected zombie lane changes after hits, water rendering, position jumps, Yeti Miner digging, Bungee and Hypnotist targeting, and Magnet-shroom behavior after re-entering a level.
Fixes charm and gene-conversion allegiance, synchronized sun and brain production, purification shields, and sleep, waking, and attack behavior.
Fixes crushing and hit detection for holographic or projected plants, attack cooldowns, explosion death effects, and friendly fire after allegiance changes.
Fixes mine triggers and zombie actions in I, Zombie, and separately fixes coin collection trajectories.
Summarized from the official 0.28.0 changelog and Daily Challenge images in the September 12 Bilibili announcement. English plant names are descriptive translations.

Remake release identity
Version 0.28.1 APK and ZIP downloads are available above. The 0.28, 0.27, 0.26.1, and 0.26 entries lead to dedicated records with their own downloads. Classic 3.18 remains separate.
Remake release identity
Do not compare 0.28.1 with 3.18
Remake is a rebuilt PVZ Hybrid edition with its own 0.x release line and package set. Version 0.28.1 is the current Remake record on this site, with 0.28, 0.27, 0.26.1, and 0.26 retained as previous releases. Classic 3.18 belongs to another branch, so comparing 0.28.1 and 3.18 as ordinary sequential versions produces the wrong download choice. Identify the game by the Remake name, platform, release notes, and filename before installing an APK, Windows ZIP, translation, save, or update.
PVZ Hybrid Remake English
Translation status is edition-specific
Use only an English build or patch that names the Remake branch and the supported Remake version. A Classic translation may contain incompatible text tables, images, fonts, or executable resources even when both pages are described as PVZ Hybrid English. The downloads shown here are the current on-site Remake base files; the English Translation page explains how to distinguish a complete translated build from a patch that needs an existing installation. Preserve a clean copy so you can test the base game separately from translation changes.
Install and update
Use a dedicated folder
Keep Remake outside the Classic installation directory and keep 0.28.1 separate from the retained 0.28, 0.27, 0.26.1, and 0.26 archives. On Windows, extract the full ZIP into a writable folder before launching it. On Android, download the APK for the Remake version shown on the page, review the installation prompt, and avoid installing a file whose version or source cannot be identified. Separate directories and clear filenames make updates, rollback, screenshots, save checks, and troubleshooting easier to attribute to the correct edition.
Choose PC or Android
The platform files are not interchangeable
The Windows download is a ZIP that must be extracted; the Android download is an APK installed through the device's package installer. Do not rename one format to imitate the other or use an Android emulator guide as proof that a Windows archive supports mobile. Before downloading, check the platform label beside version 0.28.1 and confirm that your device has enough free space for both the package and the installed files. Keep the original download until the game launches so a failed extraction or installation can be retried cleanly.
Previous releases 0.28, 0.27, 0.26.1, and 0.26
Use the archive only for a specific reason
Remake 0.28, 0.27, 0.26.1, and 0.26 remain available for players who need a previous package for compatibility, rollback, or comparison. They are not presented as the recommended current download. Choose one only when a guide, save, translation, device limitation, or troubleshooting step explicitly calls for that version. Install it separately from 0.28.1 and label the folder with the version. This prevents an older executable or asset from silently replacing the current build and lets you compare behavior without losing the working installation.
Remake troubleshooting
Test the clean current build first
When Remake fails to launch, first confirm the selected platform, version, filename, and completed download. Windows users should re-extract the full ZIP to a new folder; Android users should confirm that the APK installation completed and that device security settings did not block it. Test version 0.28.1 without a translation, old assets, or copied Classic files. If the clean package works, reapply optional changes one at a time. Record the exact error and page URL when reporting a broken hosted file to site support.
